Christina BelfiglioChristina directs Office Operations and manages the firm’s human resources activities, including fulfilling staffing, equipment and organizational needs. Since 2003, she has been responsible for the implementation of and staff training for our document repository portals. She also provides accounting and concierge services for several of our legacy clients. Christina joined Fortis in 1998 and her role has evolved as the company has grown.

Christina has a Liberal Arts degree from Delaware County Community College. She has earned her Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute.

Christina values personal connection and has a deep passion for photography as a means to capture memories and record family history. That passion flows through to the workplace where she plans events that unite our team members and their families — all the while capturing and cataloging firm history through photographs. Christina also combines her love of photography with a desire to give back by volunteering her time and skills to several charitable organizations.
